This wine is vintaged entirely from 50 year old Shiraz vines grown in the Swan Valley. This uniquely Australian style was vintaged by the old method of open fermenters followed by ageing in French oak.

Elizabeth Jane methode champenoise has been awarded the Trophy for Best Sparkling Wine at the Swan Valley Wine Show in 1999, 2000 & 2002.

This wine is named after Elizabeth Jane Atkinson, daughter of owners David & Beverley and has won multiple awards for Best Sparkling Wine at the Swan Valley Wine Show. Was awarded 4 1/2 Stars in Winestate Magazine for 2007.
