Jams, Marmalades & Lemon Butter:   All hand made from fresh, local fruit and cooked at Jane Brook using original recipes handed down through Beverley Atkinson’s family. No added artificial preservatives or flavour enhancers used, reminiscent of the “Golden Wattle Cookbook”.

Liqueur Muscat Sauce - what more can you ask for in a dessert. A waffle basket, vanilla ice-cream from The Junction Ice-creamery and a pour of Liqueur Muscat & Sultana sauce…rich, sweet, smooth and fabulous.

Spicy Red Wine Sauce - wherever you have chocolate this is the sauce for you…sweet and luscious with a back palate note of chilli.

Chutney:  Wonderful, old-fashioned Chutney which is perfect for charcuterie and fabulous with a serve of ripe brie.

 

Spice Mixes:  Jane Brook`s General Manager, Liz is a lover of curries and her spice mixes are legendary - call in and pick up a jar ready totake home and add to your favourite curry recipe - Rogan Josh Spice Mix & Pilau Rice Spice Mix.

 

Salad Dressing:  This is the delicious salad dressing you have tasted on our platters over recent months.  Made with verjuice and tangy mustards the Jane Brook Verjuice & Mustard Salad Dressing is ready for you to take home and drizzle over your favourite salad, grilled fish or chicken.

Verjuice is an ancient ingredient made from green, unripe grapes and is traditionally used as an acidulant in the place of vinegar or lemon juice.  Found in French and Italian recipes from the middle ages, Verjuice can be used in salad dressings, sauces or to deglaze or baste.  Jane Brook Wines Verjuice is made from Chardonnay grapes, costs only $12.95 per 500ml bottle, $15.95 for a 750ml bottle and is a must for anyone wanting to add that something extra to a fine meal.
