NEW PRODUCTS :

 

Sweet & Spicy Red Wine Sauce  : made on the premises by Beverley Atkinson, this delicious syrupy sauce will add zing to a range of sweet and savoury foods - try it with ice cream, grenache tart, pavlova or drizzle over grilled chicken or duck pancakes.  It is made with our very own Jane Brook red wine.

 

 

Jane Brook Wines Verjuice :  Verjuice is an ancient ingredient made from green, unripe grapes and is traditionally used as an acidulant in the place of vinegar or lemon juice.  Found in French and Italian recipes from the middle ages, Verjuice can be used in salad dressings, sauces or to deglaze or baste.  Jane Brook Wines 2006 Verjuice is made from Chardonnay grapes, costs only $12.95 per 500ml bottle and is a must for anyone wanting to add that something extra to a fine meal.
