Vintage Characteristics
The vintage of 2007 in the Swan Valley saw abundant rain and cooler weather. This resulted in excellent growth and as such exceptional crops. The summer was extremely mild, with some hotter days later in the season which ensured full ripening of the fruit to occur. Excellent development of flavour has been experienced in both red and white wines.

Cellaring Potential
10 + years

Vinification
Harvested at 14.9 baume, then crushed and fermented in traditional open fermenters, the wine was then transferred to French oak hogsheads for malolactic fermentation and maturation.
