Vintage Characteristics Following a winter of average rainfall, Margaret River experienced a late budburst and a long, cool growing season leading to fully balanced, intensely flavoured wines. |
Serving Suggestions This fresh, vibrant wine should be enjoyed with char-grilled scallops, natural oysters and antipasto plates in the summer months. |
Vinification The grapes were picked in the cool of the night and fermented at 13 degrees. A small portion was drained to seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation. The oak portion was blended back and balanced prior to bottling in July. |
