Vintage Characteristics
Following a winter of average rainfall, Margaret River experienced a late budburst and a long, cool growing season leading to fully balanced, intensely flavoured wines.

Serving Suggestions
This sensational wine would be the perfect match to platters brimming with fresh seafood, marinated vegetables and spicy dips.

Vinification
The grapes were picked in the cool of the night and fermented at 12 degrees. A small portion was drained to seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation. The oak portion was blended back and balanced prior to bottling in July.
