Vintage Characteristics Following a winter of average rainfall, Margaret River experienced a late budburst and a long, cool growing season leading to fully balanced, intensely flavoured wines. |
Serving Suggestions This sensational wine would be the perfect match to platters brimming with fresh seafood, marinated vegetables and spicy dips. |
Vinification The grapes were picked in the cool of the night and fermented at 12 degrees. A small portion was drained to seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation. The oak portion was blended back and balanced prior to bottling in July. |
