Serving Suggestions
This fragrant wine is the perfect match for spicy thai seafood, goats cheese tart or a chicken & mushroom fettucine.

Vinification
The Viognier block was harvested in two lots to increase complexity, structure and flavour profile. After crushing and pressing, the clarified juice was fermented at 12-16 degrees in stainless steel and French oak.
