Vintage Characteristics The 2009 vintage in Perth Hills was late with moderate ripening conditions. In the white wines, good natural refreshing acidity was experienced which has resulted in sensational wines. |
Serving Suggestions This fragrant wine is the perfect match for spicy thai seafood, goats cheese tart or a chicken & mushroom fettucine. |
Vinification The Viognier block was harvested in two lots to increase complexity, structure and flavour profile. After crushing and pressing, the clarified juice was fermented at 12-16 degrees in stainless steel and French oak. |
